What follows is a list of some of the insurance plans we accept this is not a complete list of all the plans we accept. Please call and ask if you are unsure whether or not we accept payment from your health insurance provider:

Since we provide insurance billing, we encourage all patients to confirm their coverage prior to making an appointment. Co-payments are due at the time of the appointment. If the insurance company does not pay the full balance, or denies the claim, then any unpaid balance is due within 30 days following the appointment.

For your convenience, we accept MasterCard and VISA credit cards.
